BAARC Meeting November 18, 1999

        The Brainerd Area Amateur Radio Club meeting in November was a week earlier than normal because of Thanksgiving.  The regular 7 PM business meeting was followed by a video at 8 PM of the ZL9CI Campbell Island DXpedition.
