Brainerd Area Amateur Radio Club 
VE Testing Session
Wednesday, May 31, 2000 

 

        The Brainerd Area Amateur Radio Club held a VE testing on Wednesday, May 31, 2000, at at the Central Lakes College.  

        Club member, Darrell Schneider KCØFYC, passed the 5 word per minute Morse code test.  Darrell first became a ham in May of 1999.  He has studied diligently since and became a General Class ham at this testing session.  He points to a map of the world saying, "The world is now mine via HF communications."

        In addition to Darrell, three people were paperwork upgraded to General Class and three had their licenses upgraded from Advanced to Extra Class.
