Frank Mullaney...Silent Key
   August, 2001

        We regret to report the passing of Frank C. Mullaney, WØLC (Extra Class) St. Paul, MN.   Frank was a very likeable and early generous supporter of the BAARC. In addition, he was a life member of the American Radio Relay League.  We will miss him.  Fritz  WØKO.
