The Brainerd Area Amateur Radio Club met at the Mississippi Horizons School The business meeting started at 7 PM.

At 8:10 PM, Dave Schuldheiz KBØSCT
from Crow Wing County Emergency Management spoke to the group. He
described a new incident command plan that the county adopted last summer
to handle local emergencies.
Mr. Schuldheiz also talked about the June 13th tornado in Brainerd, which preceded adoption of the new plan. |
