Goblin Watch October 31, 2004

During the "Trick or Treating" hours of Halloween, the BAARC assisted the local law enforcement agencies in Brainerd, Baxter, Nisswa, Pequot Lakes, Crosby, and Ironton, by providing an extra watch for goblins (troublemakers). Our job was to watch for suspicious behavior and criminal activity. Even though the goblin activity was very slow, there were two reported incidents that needed law enforcement involvement. We started at 6:00 P.M. and because of the lack a goblins to watch, we closed the event at 9:00 P.M.
