1.5:1 4.0% 33.3 or 75 Ohms
2.0:1 12.5% 25 or 100 Ohms
3.0:1 25.0% 16.7 or 150 Ohms
4.0:1 36.0% 12.5 or 200 Ohms
5.0:1 45.0% 10.0 or 250 Ohms
10:1 66.6% 5.0 or 500 Ohms
Infinite 100.0% Short or Open

VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio) is sometimes known as SWR (Standing Wave Ratio).  It is the ratio of the maximum voltage to the minimum voltage resulting from the interaction of the forward and reflected waves.
