The Brainerd Area Amateur Radio Club met in room 607 at the Mississippi Horizons School in Brainerd.  The business meeting started at 7 PM.  

    At 8 PM,  there was a presentation by John Luce WØJGY (pictured above) and Ken Magloughlin KAØJSW on radios used by the authorities to reach emergency service people and the Brainerd Area Amateur Radio Club in time of emergency.  A safety film on the dangers of high voltage power lines was also shown.
