W5CCL, Charles Lane, is a transplanted Texan, who has been a Club member for several years, and holds a General Class License. Besides fishing and HO model trains, his true love is Amateur Radio. He is active in Club public service events and enjoys HF, APRS, Echolink and storm spotting for the National Weather Service. After 28.5 years as a Psychiatric Social Worker for the State of Texas, he is retired. He and his wife Kathy, KD5EGN, reside in Ironton.
