Club Special Events

It is great to be on the receiving end of a pile-up. The Brainerd Area Amateur Radio Club holds special events once or twice a year.  The schedule was cut back in 2004 and 2005 because of construction work going on at the Mississippi Horizons School, where the club station is located.

Photo at left shows Paula WØHA and Dan AAØNK at the club station April 24, 2004 making contacts world-wide on HF.

See the Club Events Calendar for the next Special Event.

David KCØTGT volunteered at the April 28, 2005, BAARC Membership Meeting to take on the Special Event Chairman job.
